You’ve heard of the locavore movement, vegetarianism and the vegan lifestyle, but have you discovered “raw” food? Raw foodism or “rawism” focuses on consuming uncooked and unprocessed food. Sound intriguing? Chef Claudia Gaviria of Cruda Cafe will take this hands-on cooking class to a new level as she introduces class participants to recipes using green, organic and locally grown vegan “raw food.”
