If you knit, crochet, or felt, and have something to “bitch” about (who doesn’t?!) head over to the Knit Cafe on Tuesday evenings for an old-fashioned stitch and bitch! The Knit Cafe is a crafter’s dream come true; picture high quality yarn, books, patterns and needles for purchase, plenty of room to sit and knit (or crochet) and a cafe with plenty of caffeine and snacks to keep you crafting until the wee hours of the morning (or until 10pm, when the stitch and bitch is over!) If you don’t know how to knit or crochet but would like to learn, the Knit Cafe offers several classes ranging from beginner “crash courses” to advanced sock master classes and sweater design sessions.
To learn more about the Knit Cafe, go to www.theknitcafetoronto.com. No registration is required for the Stitch & Bitch, so drop by the store this evening whenever you are ready to air your grievances and work on your latest stitching project! The Knit Cafe is located at 1050 Queen Street West.
