As part of the Exposed Concert Series, tonight’s performance of Brahms’s Symphony No. 1 is so much more than a performance. Conductor Peter Oundjian will begin the evening by discussing the history, style and contents of the Symphony, illustrated by live musical examples played by the TSO. Following his informative introduction to the music, Oundjian will go on to conduct a complete performance of the Symphony.
