The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is a staple on Toronto’s event calendar; it has been in existence since 1922! Since then, the Fair has become the world’s largest indoor agricultural and international equestrian competition, drawing more than 340,000 visitors to Toronto. Fair-goers will see over 4,500 large and small animals, agricultural exhibits, shows, activities, shopping, dining and the ever-popular Royal Horse Show.
Even if you’re not interested in horses and agriculture, check out the “My Giant Vegetable” competition, “Butter Sculptures,” President’s Choice “Super Dogs” – there’s something for everyone at the Fair! The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair started on November 4th and continues until the 13th at Exhibition Place. For more information and to purchase tickets, go to www.royalfair.org.
